In about 15 minutes I should be leaving to dance in Rehoboth Beach DE. I'm running out of time. A dish I made which could pass as fajitas were it not for the Israeli couscous. It was "on the money". I'll have to do it again for guest. Hey, I bet you never thought to replace rice which may accompany a Mexican dish with couscous, right?
