Providence Of Brookfield Homes introduced a new model called The Kincaid. It's a smaller sized home which makes more sense today. With some much time on my hands, I decided to stop by and take a look.  The new model offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Den, 1/2 car garage, GE Kitchen appliances, large Great Rooms, 9' ceilings on main level, Energy Star certified savings, and a Sky basement(storage space in attic) is available. It would be good to buy one of these now.  When the housing market gets better, sell it.  That's what they call "flipping a house". This is not about flipping a house. This post is about NOT flipping the picture horizontally to easily read the flag.  I was tempted since this is not a online news source. That, and the house being oriented in the wrong direction.  The builder may take issue with that.
