What's going on here at Heritage Shores in Bridgeville DE? Heavy equipment can be seen where the old sales office for the builder Lennar. The office was located in Heritage Shores of Bridgeville DE.  Lennar and another builder, Brookfield Homes, started building homes in the 55+ community but Lennar fell on the sword(in Heritage Shores) during the housing bust. Brookfield continued alone. No one will give me a straight answer as to "what's going on"? The guy operating the heavy equipment tell me that "they're building on the three lots". The guy in the Brookfield sales office told me at first "it's going to be a Wawa".  Yeah, real funny. I couldn't get real information from him. I called a buddy at the clubhouse.  She knew but couldn't say. Why can't I get a straight answer?
