My cellular phone bill was up this past month. I wondered why. Well, it seems we made a couple of directory assistance calls. Sprint charges $1.79 for each call to directory assistance. This is pure greed on their part. That's about as bad as some banks charging $3.00 to use their ATM machine if you're not one of their customers.
