Today, Margo and I went to view a butcher shop many of the town people rant and rave about.  The shop is in Laurel Delaware. Not only is it more than a dozen miles away, but also hard to find.  Once we find the shop we also discover it is closed at 1:00 P.M. on Saturdays. The shop is situated on a farm and when we were leaving I noticed the rooster above. The rooster reminded me of a blues song I've heard a number of times, Little Red Rooster.  Bluesman, Howling Wolf, at one time sang this song which was written by Willie Dixon, another blues legend. The Red Rooster I have a little red rooster, too lazy to crow for day I have a little red rooster, too lazy to crow for day Keep everything in the barnyard, upset in every way Oh the dogs begin to bark, and the hound begin to howl Oh the dogs begin to bark, hound begin to howl Ooh watch out strange kind people, Cause little red rooster is on the prowl If you see my little red rooster, please drag him home If you see my little red rooster, please drag him home There ain't no peace in the barnyard, Since the little red rooster been gone
