I saw Craig with a sign trying to get attention from drivers heading South on US Route 13 in Bridgeville DE. Heritage Shores is my retirement community. In Dover, I saw a guy dressed like the Statue Of Liberty standing along side the road also trying to get the attention of drivers. He was working for a Liberty Tax Services. So it seems these guys are trying to "drive" traffic to their places of business.
