That's Ruth Skala, District 2 Commissioner of the town of Bridgeville DE. She is also a resident of Heritage Shores, my retirement community. Ruth not only serves on the town body but she and her husband, Larry, co-chair the fundraiser "For The Love Of Books" benefiting the Bridgeville Library now under construction. Today I went to the monthly chat which Ruth hosts in our clubhouse. She was genuinely appreciative that residents came to discuss their concerns. She listens well and truly enjoyed talking with us.
