I don't know if all the construction going on at Heritage Shores, located in Historic Bridgeville DE is the result of the first stimulus package or not.  I do know that after few homes being built over the last 6 months there now seems to be a flurry of new construction.  There are at least 5 homes going up right now.  Construction workers and equipment is seen everywhere.  Everywhere may a bit of an overstatement but you get my drift. I see another lot which has been sold, plus  there's a new foundation which as been poured, which means the walls go up next. Oh, yeah! Why I am so excited? The more homes being built the less likely my HOA( home owner assoc.) fees will skyrocket. Somebody has to help me pay for upkeep of the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, trees, flowers and other amenities. I guess you could say it was my sense of "community". No?
