It is my opinion that health care is an important aspect of this country's security, as is education and employment. We'll be dealing with health care tonight. Since the economy is being flushed down the toilet, it's time to talk about lowering health care costs. I have health care, but many of my fellow citizens don't. One factor in health care costs is the prices of drugs. The pharmaceutical companies are reaping huge profits off our unhealthy backs. Being the socialist-leaning type of guy that I am, I say "nationalize the mothers". However, on wikipedia.com is a more moderate proposal, create a National Phamaceuticals Policy. Take a read, and see what was tried but shut down in Chile by the pharmaceuticals.  You'll also see what was done in Sri Lanka that has become a model of a successful national drug policy.  Sri Lanka, for goodness sake, if they can do this why can't we?
