While giving great information about the preventative nature of colon cancer, Melinda showed Ron how the Digital Rectal Exam works.  This exam helps to detect prostate cancer. Ron is playing doctor above and  putting his finger in the training device.  Well, it's not really a training device but it does allow Ron to use his finger to feel an enlarged prostate gland(imaginary). According to Melinda, the Digital Rectal Exam is only half of prostate screening.  The other half is getting PSA tests. She uses her knowledge to help get patients get the best options for treatment.
