I seldom use the term America as I really mean the USA. "USA, What Time Is It" doesn't have the same ring. Yeah, I know millions of people here and abroad refer to the USA as America.  I don't. It's a tradition,  you say.  Well, slavery was a tradition. Anyway, it's only a few days before the presidential election with other state and local elections.  I must be in McCain/Palin country as I see few Obama/Biden signs.  I do see a few Bidens signs for Delaware as he is running for his Senate seat.  There are political signs all over my new town of Bridgeville DE. Wait a minute.  I just remembered that I didn't get a sample ballot in the mail.  In New Jersey I always got a sample ballot in the mail before election day.   Here, I didn't get anything, zilch, nothing, zip, zero, nada from the election people in Delaware. It's only a  few days left. Time is running out. What time is it?
