I love to cook.  My wife, Margo, has only cooked 3 meals in the last year. Around my house I'm the chef preparing meals daily.  Cooking is part of my daily routine. My wife tells me "you don't have to cook everyday".  To that I say "somebody has to cook". My wife is a great cook but seldom cooks.  Both of my daughters are great cooks, so I guess it runs in the family. This past Sunday, my mother-in-law and I were away from home and I asked Margo, my wife, to cook something for our return.  Well she  baked a delicious chicken dish over top some stuffing.  Also, was her specialty veggie stir-fry consisting of carrots, asparagus, and onions cooked to perfection. She even made a vermicelli side dish. Why do you have that pineapple upside down cake picture? For the first time of our 32 years of bliss( I only try to remember the good stuff:) ) she made a pineapple upside down cake.  Her cooking was over the top on Sunday.  It was outstanding, off-the-hook, off-the-chain, phenomenal, exceptional, etc. My mother used to make pineapple upside down cakes. Margo's cake reminded this old man of younger days.
