Someone knocked down a lamp post in Heritage Shores, a Bridgeville De retirement community. There are a number of traffic circles used by the community to slow down traffic and to avoid placing too many stop signs. It was raining on the day I took this picture. Maybe the driver didn't slow down enough. Hopefully he/she wasn't hurt and now sees the light.
