My wife and I love salsa dancing.. That is not salsa dancing seen above. Once we moved to Bridgeville Delaware from Cherry Hill, New Jersey we knew things would so down entertainment wise but, no salsa either? For seniors, it seems ballroom dancing rules around here. A evening of dancing means dancing fox trot, rumba, cha-cha, tango, waltz, two-step, swing and etc. for the night. I like swing and cha-cha as the music feels like it has a pulse. Things are looking better dance-wise however. One of the local dance instructors now give merengue and salsa lessons. The band director for the dance above also gave a merengue lesson last Saturday night. I see this as a few souls trying to add a little flavor the the locals dancing. These front runners are showing some what to expect once they leave Arthur Murray's studio:)
