The witch flying is actually a model plane being remotely controlled by one of the pilots below. I was invite to watch the air show by Wagner Guinard, a member of the Valley Forge Signal Seekers. Her cape is the wings of a propeller powered hang glider. The small gas engine is just in front of her hands.
