I looked out my window this morning and saw something swimming in the pond behind my house. I thought it was a duck diving for minnows. Soon I noticed a huge wave from whatever was swimming. That really made me take notice. Well, it turned out to be a scuba diver retrieving golf ball from the pond.  I said "what the heck"( or something close to that). Have you ever wondered "what happens to all those balls hit into water hazards on golf courses"? Well, I found out what happens to them at the Heritage Shores Golf Club in Bridgeville Delaware. Some enterprising guy with his own company came up with a good idea. He puts on scuba gear, dives in the many hazards, and collects balls. He pays the golf club for the many balls retrieved. Next, he re-sells the balls. Don't you just love capitalism?
