That's one of my neighbors walking her cat named Angel. I saw her one evening walking her "baby" but I didn't have my Canon Powershot SD400 on my side. Tonight my sidekick and I had another opportunity. Who walks dogs? One of my next door neighbor has two Labrador retrievers which get walked twice a day. He and dog owners must keep their dogs on a leash. They must also pick up the poop. That's the HOA, Home Owners Assoc., rules on pets. My other next door neighbor has three dogs. They are the cutest little things barely larger than the cat above. The little rascals have been trained to use a litter box.
