Around our house we mainly eat chicken, turkey and fish. That's according to my mother-in-law, Mary. She doesn't eat pork. Margo and I eat "the other white meat" every now and then. When you cook a lot of chicken you need to be creative. I made a chicken skewers dish last night. It was so colorful I decided to get a picture of the uncooked entree. Yes, once cooked, it was delicious.
