Now we all know we should exercise daily but do we also know that our spirituality also needs exercise?  The church sign above was seen in St. Michael's in Delaware, which reminds me of a story I once heard. A guys made it into heaven and was able to ask God a few questions. He didn't understand why he could see two sets of footprints traveling in his life except when he needed help the most. So he asked God "why when I needed you the most I only saw one set of footprints? God replied" that's because I was carrying you".
