It's war in my yard and I may be losing the battle. Japanese beetles are eating the leaves off of shrubs and trees. According to wikipedia the traps I bought may be cause more harm than good. Now I know why instructions on traps say to place 30 feet down wind. Duh! Next year I do just that.
