The owner of this plate doesn't spend a lot of time on the high seas. I noticed the plate after a haircut in Seaford DE. When I asked "who owned the car", someone pointed to a sign in parking lot. It was advertising the 1st Mariner Mortgage Company. I guess this proves you can't tell the book by the cover( or plate).
