The heavy equipment seen above is part of a Dept. Of Delaware Transportation Authority project in Bridgeville DE. A dangerous traffic intersection is being overhauled. It's to be replaced with clover leafs and bypasses I hear. It seems to be taking them forever to complete this project. They are making progress, just at a snail's pace.
