For Sale: House and Ladder My house is up for sale. I'll throw in this 24 foot aluminum ladder. House will be professionally repainted in about a week. Margo and Jamila picked the colors. A new "steel" garage door was ordered today. Kitchen has 16 in ceramic tile, new refridgerator, and a new double oven. Home has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Besides vintage hardwood floors, many rooms a recent coat of paint. Unfortunately, the many memories and time spent as a home for my family isn't for sale. But we're leaving a place that could be a fine home for a loving family.
