A wonderful warm chocolate filled chocolate cake dessert. Margo and I decided to have lunch at the Clubhouse in our 55+ community. My mother-in-law told us that the women in her water aerobics class complained about the chef. Now I understand why. We decided to have soup and half a wrap for lunch. That should be easy, right? Wrong. The beef noodle was way too salty and the chicken rice soup pasty and too thick. When asked by our server( the politically correct term) how was everything, we told the truth: 1. The beef soup was waaaaaaay toooooooo salty. 2. The chicken rice soup was too thick and bland. 3. The wraps had potential as the chicken breast very plump, the lettuce crisp and the tomatoes firm and tasty. However it needed some type of dressing or sauce to bring it all together. It lacked imagination. 4. The dessert: fabulous
