Life preserver is on the Lewes Ferry. Ferry connects Lewes Delaware and Cape May New Jersey. Margo and I drove down to DE to get out of the house. She mentioned Cape May and the Camden Aquarium as places of interest. I didn't like the thought of driving 2 hours to Cape May. I didn't enjoy going to the Aquarium either. Since we are looking at 55+ communities, I suggested we drive down in Delaware and look at a place in Bridgeville DE. Heritage Shores seemed like a dream come true. It would be country club living. The home are built among the greens of a championship golf club. The clubhouse is better than most country clubs I've seen. The taxes on the home would be under $3000 a year. We pay more than twice that now. No sales tax in Delaware either. After looking at home models we decided to find a bite to eat. Well, there wasn't much in Georgetown DE which was near. A shopkeeper told us that Lewes was about 12 miles away and had many restaurants and shops. So we ended up taking the ferry from Lewes Delaware back to Cape May. Wasn't this where Margo wanted to go in the first place?
