That's Richard on ladder and Alan helping me put on a storm door.  As in my old neighborhood we've got good neighbors once again.  Good neighbors can make or break life in a community. The entertainment next week will be a community meeting to discuss a new threat.  It seems some farmer is upset because he can't sell more land to the community developer.  Maybe farmer Wilson hasn't heard about the housing market meltdown.  He has applied for a permit to put chicken houses on his farm. Word on the street is he's trying to force the developer to buy his land. There are a lot of chicken farms in Delaware.  Where do you think Perdue's main plants are located? Anyway, I'll be at the meeting along with the rest of my neighbor, for the fireworks.  This is better than "reality" TV.
