that's the Portofino Bay Hotel according to a review by Arthur Levine on About.com On our recent vacation to Orlando FL we broke down and went to Universal Studios. Well, we almost went. We didn't do the theme park but the City Walk section. City Walk is best at nights because it has restaurants and entertainment suited for a enjoyable evening. While walking around we noticed boats taking people for rides. As it turns out, the free boat rides were taking folks to three other destinations inside of Universal's property. Margo and I decided to get off at the Portofino Bay Hotel dock. Above is what we saw.
