Never Say Die. It Aint't Over Till The Fat Lady Sings. Keep Hope Alive. Keep The Faith. You Gotta Believe. The above and other phrases emphasize the need to always hope for a positive outcome for one's wishes, until the very end. Grammy, as my mother-in-law is called by family members, seems rejected.  She went bowling about a month ago with other Bridgeville seniors. On this frame of her game she had knocked over 2 pins on the first ball.  On her second ball shown above she turned and walked away disappointed as she felt she would miss the spare. All the pins fell to her surprise. It's like the losing team coming from behind to win with a buzzer beater shot.  You know, a guy or gal on the losing team throws the ball from behind half-court line the same time the ending buzzer rings to win the game. I guess it's a matter of having faith. This may be a universal human characteristic. That's the way I see it.
