I've counted three(3) such sites and each have poured concrete footings. The cinder blocks will be used in the foundations also. As Johann Wolgang von Goethe points out, it seems much more has to be done before the completion of one of these houses. I'm looking forward to the new homes. When the builder planned the community it sold the town of Bridgeville a plan designed with1200 homes. Well, the real estate market choked and there's only about 200 homes built as of yet. So every time I see a new home going up I see my expectations and the builder's being met. It also helps to keep the value of my home from sliding lower.
