Honesty What is honesty? No one knows. What is dishonesty? Every body knows. The time has gone of honesty. Dishonesty has entered our society. One who follows honesty? He faces a lot of problems. If honesty tastes sweet, Then the dishonesty tastes bitter. Honesty always wins in the long run. Dishonesty always loses in the long run. If dishonesty brings a lot of comfortable things, Then the honesty brings a lot of peace of mind. Poem by Pushkar Bisht ----- --------------- --------------------- When I think of honesty I think of Luis Arvalo. Above is Luis of the 1503 Auto Service Repair in Cherry Hill NJ on the phone with his wife. Luis at one time was my local mechanic. He was a guy I came to trust with my vehicles. The first time I met Luis I had locked myself out of my wife's running car at the convenience store next to his garage. Luis stopped what he was doing and came over to use one of those tools to unlock the door. When I asked what I owed him, he said nothing. The next time I need something to be done I figured I owed him a chance to do the work. Each time the work was done correctly and with little expense. Not only is Luis honest but one of those good people to know. When ever I'm in my old neighbor I have to stop and say hello to an old friend. He patient also as I murder Spanish by saying "Hola Luis. Como estas" with my Texas accent.
