I saw this plate last month. I figured it meant "who's for you". Before I made this post, I decided to do a Google search to get background information. No serious blogger should post without a little fact-checking once and a while. Seems that the plate may belong to a fan of the Virginia Cavaliers. The swords on plate represent the school's "V Swords". If you're a want to know more then visit the sports website of the school. I love vanity plates.
