Photographs by Paige Strawn Paige Strawn took the above pictures while on vacation in Anquilla. Here's what she had to say about this paradise: "Anguilla was INCREDIBLE. If you ever want to run away and never be found, this is the place to go unless it is the high season. That might suck. It was no more expensive than anywhere like that and probably less than some. Some funny things happened- like we rented a car at the seaport and I am not convinced it was not the guys private car. The door locks did not work. We were able to pay in cash--what rental place works like that? And we had to pay extra for an Anguilla drivers license-- which is handwritten. Pretty much believe we got played but it was so incredible, we did not car." This blog is getting to an educational tool for me. I've got PEOPLE on this blog, some good people. But before I leave, you may ask "where is Anguilla"? I sure as heck didn't know where it was or the beauty it holds. Well, Anguilla is located in the Caribbean Sea, the northern most island in the Leeward Island chain. Nearest neigbour to the south is St. Martin/Sint Maarten. Average year round temperature is 80 degrees. A Driving Tour That's Shoals Bay Beach with the boat above.  It is which is supposedly the most photographed beach in the world. The Anguilla Guide Thanks for the great pictures Paige.
