The mayor Cherry Hill asks residents to use either bio-degradable or clear plastic bags to dispose of lawn clippings, leaves, etc. This is to help keep this type of materials out of the garbage dump. Being the the civic-minded soul as I see myself, a trip to Home Depot helped me do my part for waste management in my town. The bags are about 50 cents apiece. So for about a buck each time I cut the yard, that's a small price to pay to help the environment. Look, I've got grandchildren to think about.
