This is one of Robin Tinay Sallie's dogs, Blue, who's formal name is Alta-Tollhaus Lapis Lazuli. Yes, she is a German Shepherd. Blue was born 10/28/2003. Robin drove from home in Michigan through a snow storm to Ohio and picked her up at 9 weeks old. Once a photojournalist, Robin now lives in Burnsville, MN.
