That's not a church. That's the Bridgeville DE Public Library. It was a church at one time. Hopefully, in a year, the library will move to a newly-built home. By the way, the library is only a few blocks from RAPA Scapple. If you cook scrapple, I'm sure you know of RAPA Scapple. Two brothers, Ralph and Paul, started the company. For you people slow to catch things: RA_lph and PA_ul was combined to RAPA, get it now?
