Mary Downing, 81, gets her new Delaware license. She has now had driver licenses from the states of New Jersey, California and Delaware. Grammy, as known by grandchildren, gets around by using back roads.  You'll never see her on the major freeways or after dark. So for now she drives from home to the clubhouse and to church in Bridgeville.  One day she'll hopefully cross over Route 13 at the light and go over to Food Lion. Her 1992 Subaru has 59,000 miles on it. You do the math.  That's 15 years and only 59,000 miles.  I figure it's under 4,000 miles a year.  It went through inspection with flying colors.
