If you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen!   Grammy turned up the heat in kitchen yesterday as she cooked a delicious dinner.  A roasted chicken with no salt added was out of this world.  I would tell you how but it's a family secret. Did you notice the steamer with fresh spinach? Whoa! Do I see packaged stuffing, store bought? Stove Top? Well, Grammy is a busy girl so I cut her a break and didn't mention it.  She goes to the senior center in Bridgeville on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  On Tuesday and Thursday is her water aerobics class.  She has to drive to church on Sundays so a little help comes in handy in the kitchen.
