Our house on Covered Bridge Road was put on the market today. The asking price is $350,000. That's a steal. There's a blues song where the female singer hints at naughtiness. She tells how there's something very comfortable she has others to sit on. The singer tell how the item has great looking legs. But the song reminds listeners that if she can't sell it, then she'll just sit on it. It's a chair. I feel the same way about this house. If I can't get very close to the asking price, I won't give it away but keep it.
